Our standard returns policy is 14 days for stock which is unopened and in good condition, no questions asked. There is a collection fee of €15.

Once we’ve received all the correct information from you, we’ll arrange a collection from your site.

Once it's back with us you'll receive a credit for your stock via email and we'll deduct the fee from this.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items
Custom branded products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your branded item.
