• Prices are listed in EUR  and may change without notice.
• Payments must be made in full before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Ireland and Northern Ireland. 
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact orders@stackssupply.ie

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return policy is within 14 days of receipt.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items, which must be unopened.
• Customers will be responsible for a €15 return shipping fee 
• Custom branded products cannot be returned

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logos, text, images) is the property of Stacks Supply.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
